Am copt două blaturi în formă de semisferă. Fiecare blat l-am tăiat în două, pe orizontală. Tortul este umplut cu ganache de ciocolată neagră şi gem de portocale.

I made this cake for a dear friend who loves tea. It’s made from dark (cocoa) Victoria sponge cake, dark chocolate ganache and orange jam and it's all covered with fondant.
I baked two sponge cakes in semispheric pans. I cut each of them in two horizontal slices. I assembled the cake with chocolate ganache and orange jam. I covered the cake with chocolate ganache and smoothed it to look like a ball. I covered the ball with white fondant and decorated with fondant flowers.
