Am preparat acest tort pentru o fetiţă frumoasă şi pasionată de tenis. Vesel şi viu colorat, aşa cum este şi racheta ei, tortul e compus din blat Victoria de vanilie (blat de tort pe bază de unt) însiropat cu sirop din compot de ananas, şi ganache de ciocolată albă cu zmeură; asamblat şi decorat în forma unei rachete de tenis, îmbrăcat în fondant. Mingile sunt făcute din compoziţie de cakepops (blat de tort şi gem dens de zmeură). Absolut totul este comestibil.
I made this cake for a beautiful little girl who loves tennis sport. Joyful colored, just like her tennis racket, this cake is made from vanilla-flavored Victoria sponge cake soaked in pineapple syrup; and white chocolate-raspberry ganache frosting; coated in fondant and assembled in a tennis racket shape. The tennis balls are made from sponge cake and raspberry preserve (cake pops composition). Everything is edible on this cake.
